To start a return:

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
Ship the item to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
